Our company operates its hunting business in the five hunting grounds it runs on the forest lands of Dipl. Ing. Jerome Colloredo-Mannsfeld. The Zbiroh part of the property consists of the hunting grounds Vlastec and Radeč. On Dobříšsko, it consists of the hunting grounds of St. Anne, Mannsfeld, and Kozí Hory.
At the same time, the hunting business run on these hunting grounds is helping to maintain a balanced relationship between the forest and the wild animals. Game management for each hunting ground is the responsibility its head gamekeeper, i.e. the head of the forest district in whose administration the hunting ground belongs.

Vlastec Hunting Ground
The Vlastec Hunting Ground is part of the Vlastec Forest District. It is also a historically famous hunting ground located in the western part of the Křivoklátská vrchovina, with many protected areas, deciduous forests, and a hilly terrain with romantic views. The area of this hunting ground is 3,378 ha. The most significant game here is red deer, mouflon, and wild boar.
Radeč Hunting Ground
The Radeč Hunting Ground is part of the Lhota Forest District and its name is derived from the name of the highest hill, Radeč, in the vicinity of which it extends. Game within the ground’s 3,460 ha mainly consists of fallow deer and mouflons, as well as roe deer and sika deer.
Saint Anne and Mannsfeld hunting grounds
Two adjoining hunting grounds St. Anne and Mannsfeld, located in the Dobříš part of Colloredo-Mannsfeld’s property, are part of the St. Anne Forest District. Their border is formed by the road between the towns of Dobříš and Hostomice. The largest share of the territory of these hunting grounds is located on the south-eastern part of the Brdy ridge, below the hills Studený vrch and Stožec. The area of the St. Anne Hunting Ground comprises 2,366 ha and the area of Mannsfeld Hunting Ground is 1,463 ha. What makes these two hunting grounds unique in the whole of the Czech Republic is the presence of white-tailed deer. This game, which is abundant in North America, was imported across the ocean to Bohemia by the Colloredo-Mannsfeld family. The first mention of this introduction comes from 1853. At that time, any search for this rare type of deer in the free hunting grounds of Central Europe would have been in vain. Furthermore, we also keep fallow deer in these hunting grounds. Red deer and boar also roam here.
Kozí Hory Hunting Ground
The smallest hunting ground run by the company is the Kozí Hory Hunting Ground located northwest of the village of Kozí Hory near Nový Knín. This hunting ground is alluring for various reasons, but especially due to the rugged terrain with many romantic and natural, secluded places, and the presence of an abundant population of red deer and wild boar. Its area covers 798 ha.
In all the hunting grounds we own and operate, we carry out fee hunts with experienced hunting guides. These include the possibility to book accommodation in hunting lodges in the middle of the woods, or you can opt for the stately rooms of the hotel in Dobříš Chateau.
