You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, in particular to their being processed for direct marketing purposes. The aforementioned Unsubscribe option found in every e-mail/business communication is primarily used for this. It is also possible to file an objection directly via e-mail at sekretariat@lesyzbiroh.cz. In the event that your objection is directed against processing other than processing for the purpose of direct marketing, we will consider whether there exist any serious legitimate reasons for processing data that override your objection, and, in such case, any rejection of the objection will be justified to you. At any time, you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data or non-fulfillment of our obligations arising from the GDPR. The supervisory authority in the Czech Republic is the Office for the Protection of Personal Data, with its registered office at Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.cz.

We are entitled to demand proof of your identity in order to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing your personal data.
