Consent to the processing of personal data

By granting this consent to the processing of personal data, you consent to the processing of your personal data by Colloredo-Mannsfeld spol. s.r.o., with its registered office at Švabinská 279, 338 08 Zbiroh, hereinafter referred to as “Coloredo-Mannsfeld”, “our”, “us”, “the controller”, etc., according to the following conditions.

Scope and purpose of processing your personal data

We will process your personal data to the extent that you have provided it. This mainly concerns your first name, surname, e‐mail address, telephone number, residential address or business address, name of the organization or company. We will use your personal data to process the order, for the purpose of direct marketing, to send commercial communications in accordance with Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, and to personalize the offer of products and services to which you have subscribed. Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”).

Personal data is not collected solely by interaction with our pages, but is also generated by technical processes such as cookies. The exact range is given below.

The period for which your personal data is processed

We keep your personal data for the minimum time required to fulfill the purpose of processing the sale and order. In the case of personal data related to product purchases, we retain this data for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations (such as tax, sales, and warranty regulations).

Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data

You can withdraw your voluntarily granted consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending an e-mail to the address sekretariat@lesyzbiroh.cz. The withdrawal of consent to the subscription of commercial communications is also possible directly from each commercial communication sent by e-mail. To do this, click on the Unsubscribe link. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing based on consent that was given before its withdrawal. In addition, the withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of personal data that we process on the basis of another legal basis, for example the processing of an order.

Persons with access to your personal data

We, our employees, and possibly also third parties will have access to your personal data – processors who provide suitable guarantees and whose processing meets all the requirements of the GDPR and which will sufficiently protect your rights and your personal data. In particular, these persons are legal and marketing advisors, accountants and tax advisors, or persons providing the services mentioned above in the list of third parties. However, these persons will have access to this data only for a period of time absolutely necessary and to the extent absolutely necessary for the provision of the service and the fulfillment of legal requirements.

Your rights related to the protection of your personal data

In relation to your personal data, you have the right at any time to withdraw your consent to its being processed, to rectify or supplement this data, to request the restriction of its processing or erasure, to raise an objection or complaint against the processing, to request the transfer of this data, to access your personal data, to be informed of a personal data breach, and other rights to the extent and with the limitations arising from the GDPR.

The right to object

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, in particular to their being processed for direct marketing purposes. The aforementioned Unsubscribe option found in every e-mail/business communication is primarily used for this. It is also possible to file an objection directly via e-mail at sekretariat@lesyzbiroh.cz. In the event that your objection is directed against processing other than processing for the purpose of direct marketing, we will consider whether there exist any serious legitimate reasons for processing data that override your objection, and, in such case, any rejection of the objection will be justified to you. More detailed information about this right is contained in particular in Article 21 of the GDPR.

The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

At any time, you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data or non-fulfillment of our obligations arising from the GDPR. The supervisory authority in the Czech Republic is the Office for the Protection of Personal Data, with its registered office at Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.cz.

We are entitled to demand proof of your identity in order to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing your personal data. In order to improve the quality of services and to keep records of the controller’s fulfillment of legal obligations, all communications between you and Colloredo-Mannsfeld may be monitored.
